This plug in will take your active layer, create a new layer on top and draw it pixel by pixel.
using 8 colors combinations of full R,G,B

Plug-in Menu location: Python-Fu/Abstract Line Art

Instructions:
1. Just have an active layer of image you'd like to make "Line art abstract" of.
2. Run plug-in and wait, it's a little slow drawing vertical lines from left to right until finished.
3. Enjoy.
