Custom Font Paragrapher for Gimp 2.10 Version 003

This release restores the newline character, that went missing from the previous release (thanks Pat for pointing it out to me), in order to display paragraph breaks.

BTW the user line guide path option is only intended for use with simple paths - not guarranteed to work as expected with complex ones, but worth a play with.

Example outputs at fontsize 50 using an image width of 1000 px:

Example 1: Text with 699 characters and 132 words with no newline characters

Example 2: Same text with newline characters (132 words 675 characters)

Same text with double newlines to separate verses/paragraphs (132 words 675 characters)

Thank you so much for this script! I know you must have put a lot of time, effort, and skill to do this! You truly are the Font: Master. .Wizard. . Czar. . . Chairman of the Board. . Guru and whatever other terms of relative importance exists! :gimp_clap: :yay_yay_purple: :terrific:

I am still experimenting, but I wanted to do something for my grandson who is an animal lover. They have two huskies but cats intrigue him, also.

Skinnyhouse, I know that with this script, we will really be able to use our fonts now!

I am so glad to have got you up and running Pat. There are one or two little things that need fixing still - but they shouldn't make any difference to users. And what a lovely example of using the plug-in - really touching.

Enjoy the rest of the Easter period and stay safe.

I think and feel like Pat has said. I feel happy to have such a useful tool to write long texts using our amazing custom fonts.
Thank you so much Skinnyhouse for your awesome scripts and your help, too.

Don’t be afraid to start over. It’s a new chance to rebuild what you want.
